5. Be transparent while doing business.

You should always state honestly what the customer can expect to get from your item. Never promise the moon and under deliver or else your business will not grow in the long run and your dream of making money with EBAY may come to an end. State all terms and conditions, shipping info, shipping charges accurately. Always provide contact details like email and phone numbers or your postal address.
